Positive: Perfectly clean, and in a quiet neighborhood that is still easy walking distance to tons of Austin gems. Good communication with the hosts via the app, door code given at check in (3pm). Check out is 10am, which is a bit early but c'est la vie. Good price, especially for the area! And it was cute!
Negative: Would prefer a later 11am-12pm check out, especially given the later check in, but otherwise 10/10.

Cute home - location is not too great.
Positive: Home is very cute and had everything you needed.
Negative: This property is in a residential area which is a little intimidating when walking around at night. The opposite neighbour had a messy garden with dogs so it was quite scary walking along the street.
